Presentation Designer (Contract)
Smartly is looking for a versatile and self-starting Presentation Designer to join our team! In this role you will assist in the creation and delivery of informative, professional and beautiful slides, presentations and reports. Reporting to our Chief of Staff (who is based in Helsinki, Finland), you will work closely with our leadership as well as the Smartly.io Brand and Marketing teams.
**Working hours are East Coast US hours **
As a presentation Designer at Smartly.io you will…
- Build documents and presentations for Smartly board meetings, industry events, and client presentations
- Interpret written material and data into compelling and visually appealing layouts, charts, and graphics
- Respond to feedback from senior team members on content and flow of presentations
- Clarify, amend and adjust copy to be suited to presentations – without detracting from its intended purpose
- Adhere to and expand on the existing Smartly.io brand
- Work with local teams to lead the delivery (digital or physical) of assets to their intended audience
We are looking for you if you have…
- A Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design or equivalent experience
- Intimate knowledge of presentation programs such as Google Slides and PowerPoint
- Are Proficient in English, excellent written and verbal communication skills
- The ability to work under pressure and handle a wide range of tasks and projects
- Experience interpreting brand guidelines and working with designers/creative teams
- Knowledge of Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Excel and other industry standard tools
- Digital marketing and advertising experience
- Familiarity with popular social media platforms
