APAC Marketing Lead

We are looking for a self-driven marketing multi talent with proven experience in leading complex projects across different markets and time zones. You will take full ownership and responsibility for leading regional marketing efforts and projects - from advising the global team in strategy development for the region to hands-on campaign execution. You will work closely with the Sales and Customer Success teams in Asia Pacific, as well as the Global Marketing team to directly impact the growth of Smartly.io by driving demand, customer satisfaction and brand awareness in the APAC region.
 

As the APAC Marketing Lead, you will:

  • Work closely with Global Marketing, Sales, Customer Success and Partnership teams and their leaders to ensure marketing activities are aligned to support strategic growth plans and goals
  • Plan, execute and track APAC marketing campaigns and project progress against goals and optimize for performance
  • Build localized lead generation, account-based marketing, pipeline acceleration and brand advocacy campaigns
  • Take full ownership to plan, develop, coordinate, execute and measure the effectiveness of all internal and external events in the region 
  • Think global but act local: work with the wider marketing team on global campaigns and localization for the region. This includes compelling copywriting for marketing collaterals to build the Smartly.io brand
  • Manage timelines, projects, results, invoices, budgets

We're definitely looking for you, if you have:

  • Several years of experience in brand building in a fast-growing B2B software marketing company
  • Experience in executing regional demand generation, customer advocacy and branding campaigns in the APAC region
  • Domain expertise in digital advertising platforms, especially LinkedIn and Facebook and regional marketing industry media and associations
  • Personal interest in staying up-to-date on the latest trends and emerging best practices in the field as well as digital marketing industry
  • Experience in HubSpot, Salesforce CRM, Google Analytics and other major marketing tools
  • Ability to prioritise resources and run multiple projects simultaneously
  • Experience in working in distributed team is preferred
