Smartly.io acquired Ad-Lib.io in January 2022 to advance Smartly.io's cross-channel reach from social to now include dynamic creative optimization across programmatic, CTV and the entire Google ecosystem. Smartly.io is supporting Ad-Lib.io in recruiting and wants to offer all applicants the possibility to apply also for Ad-Lib.io's open roles.

We're now looking for a Customer Success Manager to develop customer relationships that promote customer happiness and growth. You will work closely with customers to ensure adoption of the platform, promote usage and ensure overall satisfaction with the products and services purchased by the customer.

This role will also help customers plan and understand the best ways to use Ad-Lib.io’s software platform based on the customer’s business needs or business plans and educate customers on the flexibility and capabilities of their software. The role is based in London and the team works at the office approximately two days per week.

As a Customer Success Manager at Ad-Lib.io you will...

  • Grow revenue and scope of work with existing customers.
  • Build client’s knowledge of Ad-Lib and improve their platform usage.
  • Build data-driven creative strategies.
  • Build meaningful relationships with clients, media agencies, and partners (Google and Facebook).
  • Work with Campaign Project Managers and other internal teams to onboard clients and deliver amazing campaigns on time.
  • Align customer objectives to a success roadmap, advise on digital creative best practices and ensure executive alignment to drive organizational maturity.
  • Be the client's voice for our product & technology roadmap, and share findings for the client services team.

We're looking for you if you...

  • A couple years of industry experience (programmatic, MarTech/AdTech, media agency, or digital marketing).
  • Are passionate about customer service and relationship building and have a desire to thrive in a fast-paced, constantly evolving work environment.
  • Have excellent communication and networking skills.
  • Can translate complicated concepts into simple terms.
  • Are a quick learner, a self-starter and keen to join a start-up environment.
  • Are organized and skilled in project management.
  • You thrive and are comfortable with fast-paced growth.
  • You are driven to make your mark on the industry and progress quickly.
  • Customer and team-focused, delivery-oriented; motivated, and values honesty and integrity
  • It’s a bonus if you have a good eye for great creative content.
