Como Gerente de Éxito del Cliente en Smartly.io, usted tomará la propiedad de sus propios clientes desde la primera semana, dar asesoramiento consultivo, el alcance y dirigir las pruebas de productos de éxito y conducir el compromiso del cliente. Funcionarás como enlace crucial entre los clientes, Facebook y nuestro equipo de desarrollo de productos. Tendrás un puesto en el sector del marketing online, de vanguardia y de ritmo rápido, lo que te permitirá aprender muy rápido sobre el crecimiento y el fomento de tu propio mercado objetivo, la gestión de las relaciones con los clientes con grandes anunciantes y la ampliación de las operaciones de una empresa de crecimiento ambicioso.

Como Gerente de Éxito del Cliente en Smartly.io, usted...

  • Gestionar y nutrir sus propias cuentas de clientes a través de la comunicación diaria y la experiencia en marketing online
  • Trabajar estrechamente con los clientes para perfeccionar su estrategia de marketing online y resolver rápidamente los problemas de los anunciantes, incluyendo los presupuestos de escala, el rendimiento de la campaña y el trabajo manual
  • Asumir la plena propiedad y responsabilidad del crecimiento y la gestión de su propio mercado objetivo y desarrollar una experiencia vertical (por ejemplo, comercio electrónico, viajes, anuncios clasificados, aplicaciones móviles, etc.)
  • Desarrollar y mantener un excelente conocimiento y habilidades de la herramienta Smartly.io y de la publicidad en Facebook en general para poder resolver constantemente los problemas de los clientes
  • Construir, gestionar y desarrollar relaciones sólidas con los clientes y con Facebook
  • Colaborar con los clientes, los gestores de éxito del cliente de Smartly.io y el equipo de desarrollo del producto para mantener el bucle de retroalimentación rápida

Definitivamente te estamos buscando si...

  • Te motiva combinar el trabajo de gestión de tus propios clientes, resolviendo sus retos de marketing online y construyendo relaciones a largo plazo
  • Tienes entre 3 y 5 años de experiencia en gestión de cuentas en empresas B2B SaaS o en agencias correspondientes, preferiblemente en el ámbito del marketing online
  • Tener grandes habilidades de comunicación para poder explicar conceptos complejos de forma clara y eficiente y dar consejos consultivos para ayudar a los clientes a aumentar su rendimiento
  • Tener un inglés profesional hablado y escrito, además de dominar el portugués. La fluidez en español es un plus.
  • Estar dispuesto a viajar para asistir a reuniones, conferencias y eventos del sector
