Smartly.io has a tremendously exciting opportunity to join our global Sales team as our Sales Programs Manager. Reporting to the Chief Revenue Officer, you will help build learning experiences for our sales team to drive scale and set the stage for both employee development and revenue growth. This role is ideal for someone who can envision, design, implement, and foster a culture of continuous learning and evolution across a sales organization. You will work to optimize and improve our current processes and programs so that we can best meet our goals and potential. Additionally, you will help drive new strategic program initiatives that level-up our talent and continue to open more opportunities for the customers we currently serve.   We are looking for someone to take ownership, optimize the impact, and maximize learning.

As the Sales Programs Manager you will...

  • Own the re-imagination and implementation of the Smartlies Sales New Hire Orientation program #startsmartly 
  • Manage the planning and execution of Smartly.io?s annual Sales Kick-Off
  • Work closely with the Sales Enablement, Product Marketing and Learning & Development on sales training and continuous learning initiatives
  • Lead sales and sales leadership skills training and development, work with internal and external partners on curriculum and rollout including quarterly and annual team-based sessions
  • Author and deliver high-impact presentations and plans to corporate leadership including monthly Win/Loss analysis
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to improve existing business operations and ensure flawless execution of new initiatives
  • Act as a trusted advisor to the CRO and partner on a variety of critical initiatives to ensure we not only achieve but exceed our growth goals 

We are looking for...

  • 3 + years of experience in a sales enablement role for a fast-growth enterprise SaaS software company
  • Strong business acumen and judgement, analytical and problem-solving skills, and ability to structure solutions to sophisticated problems
  • Strong communication, collaboration skills and the ability to effectively partner with all levels of management
  • A highly motivated self-starter with insatiable curiosity to learn about and influence the business
  • Bachelor?s degree
