We are looking for a Sales Enablement Manager to strengthen our team in our New York office. Our Product Marketing team is spread across New York, Amsterdam, Berlin and Helsinki - where our HQ and product development teams are located. Your role will be global with ownership over designing programs and managing initiatives that will set our commercial teams up for success and keep us close to our customers and their needs.

As a Sales Enablement Manager you will...

  • Collaborate closely with our Revenue Enablement leader to design and manage programs that will deepen our commercial teams’ knowledge of our offering and how best to bring them to market
  • Be responsible for rolling out new training initiatives alongside our Training Manager
  • Represent and analyze customer needs, the rapidly evolving market, consumer behavior trends, and competitive landscape to help inform positioning and go-to-market plans; including writing engaging case studies that capture the essence of how Smartly provides value to our customers
  • Work closely with Marketing and Commercial teams (Sales and Customer Success) to ensure that we are delivering value for our customers and have a solid understanding of the ecosystem and our product-market fit

What we are looking for...

  • 2+ years of experience in BtoB sales enablement
  • Understanding of paid social, digital advertising and/or adtech is a plus
  • Proven ability to create enablement collateral that stands out in the market; including one pagers, pitch decks, slides and case studies
  • Analytical approach and project management skills to make decisions on priorities and initiatives
  • Outstanding communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Ability to move fluently between details and the big picture. 
  • Track record of executing successful enablement strategies, including leading trainings, managing collateral development, collaborating on pitches, driving adoption of key sales enablement systems and helping to plan successful SKOs
  • Exceptional project management and collaboration skills in a high-paced, cross-functional environment
  • Familiarity working with sales enablement technologies, like Highspot, Gong and Klue, is a bonus

The base pay range for this position is as mentioned below per year, plus annual bonus. We take into consideration an individual’s background, expertise, and experience in determining final salary. In addition to annual salary, Smartly.io's total rewards provide employees with stock options, medical/dental/vision insurance, retirement savings benefits, parental leave, 5 weeks vacation, unlimited sick days, life insurance and disability benefits.
