Our culture – built on trust, transparency and feedback – allows Smartlies to work nimbly across teams and functions to shape the future of digital marketing.
As much as we enjoy working together, we also value life outside the office. Smartlies don't have to choose between an exciting career and a fulfilling personal life: we offer flexibility so they can build both.
We also organize regular team activity days and encourage Smartlies to pursue their interests – and who knows, you might just find a fellow skydiver, electric guitarist or amateur yogi from one of our teams.
We are a multinational and diverse team of 800+ Smartlies from 60+ nationalities, working in 17 cities on five continents. Together, we want to create and maintain an inclusive environment where everyone feels respected and heard. Celebrating our differences and maximizing learning from them builds trust and enhances creativity and innovation.
