We're looking for an Onboarding Specialist to join us, as part of our growing team in Singapore, in our mission to help advertisers unlock greater performance and creativity in social advertising by combining ad buying and creative automation.

As a Onboarding Specialist for APAC, you will play a crucial role as the bridge between Sales and Customer Success to set the stage for long-lasting and successful customer relationships through ensuring successful onboarding (a pivotal phase in the customer lifecycle!) and solutions implementation. You will be responsible for understanding customers' business and technical requirements and driving them to realize a fast time-to-value from their investment in Smartly.io. You look forward to being part of a team of Humble Hungry Hunters dedicated to helping customers grow and get the most value out of their social advertising, delivering world-class support, challenging the status quo and building solutions for business needs and outcomes.

We're definitely looking for you, if you

  • Possess 2+ years of relevant experience in a customer success or similar customer-facing function within a SaaS ad tech company.
  • Have advanced knowledge of social advertising, with prior experience in using campaign management tools like Smartly.io and Facebook Ads Manager.
  • Are proactive, meticulous, and adaptable to new situations.
  • Have project management skills and proven success in managing customers, deadlines and schedules.
  • Are detail oriented and analytical while also being able to think of the bigger picture.
  • Have strong spoken and written communication skills in English.
  • Are able and willing to travel for meetings, conferences and industry events.

As an Onboarding Specialist for APAC, you will

  • Work closely with Sales and other teams to ensure a well-designed and supported pre-sales and onboarding experience for new Smartly.io customers in key markets across APAC.
  • Understand what customers perceive as value and what is important to their business, problem-solve any potential roadblocks and prioritize onboarding milestones and campaign launches based on these with the aim to accelerate time-to-value.
  • Partner with Customer Success to ensure the consistent delivery of successful customer onboardings, and continually look for ways to improve the overall process.
  • Support pre-sales efforts, successfully matching customer pain/requirements to proposed solutions.
  • Serve as a domain and product expert, and align the the onboarding deliverables to achieve customer's marketing objectives.
  • Work with 
  • Elevate the team in their skills to better support and onboard customers, and how to work with expert functions such as Creative, Performance and Solutions Engineering.
  • Work with Training to identify and develop ways to scale, automate and improve the user onboarding process.
