1 Goal

Traveling to Undiscovered Markets

After successfully scaling social advertising as a channel for Australia and New Zealand with Smartly.io, Klook was looking to expand its business to Europe. Their goal was to launch several accounts at once and expand into five new markets.

They also wanted to meet their ROAS goals and to gather learnings throughout the expansion that they could apply to future campaigns in the most efficient way possible.

Klook’s main goal was to drive efficiency in ad spending with the lowest manual effort. Managed Services by Smartly.io supported in setting the frameworks of operational work and implementing them hands-on for Klook, so that the EU team was able to identify proxies for improving campaign management and optimization.

To reduce time spent on campaign management and design production, automation was enabled through Smartly.io’s features such as Automated Ads, Image Templates and Video Templates.

The Managed Service team also established reports through Smartly.io’s Pivot Tables, which allowed the Klook team to set up standard reports for local marketing teams.
