Paid Social Media Manager

We’re looking for a dynamic Paid Social Media Manager to join us, as part of our growing Managed Service team, in our mission to help advertisers unlock greater performance and creativity in social advertising by combining ad buying and creative automation.
In this role, you will execute and manage social advertising campaigns for our largest Managed Service customers. You will drive customer engagement and ensure customer success. You like to be creative. You take pride in testing, tracking and optimizing everything in order to help customers maximize the ROI. You function as the crucial link between customers, partners like Facebook, and our Product and Engineering teams. You look forward to being part of a team of Humble Hungry Hunters dedicated to helping customers grow and get the most value out of their social advertising, delivering outstanding support, challenging the status quo and building solutions for business needs and outcomes.

We're definitely looking for you, if you
- Are driven to combine the work of managing your own customers, running their social advertising campaigns and building long-term relationships.
- Demonstrated ability and technical understanding and skills to run and optimize social advertising campaigns.
- Have experience using Adobe Creative tools such as Photoshop, Illustrator and After Effects.
- Are able to engage creative teams to share and discuss creative recommendations.
- Are hands-on with data for performance analysis with good understanding of key social advertising metrics (ROAS, CPA, CPC, etc) and the ability to recognize how they might impact the business and provide optimization recommendations.
- Are able to explain complex concepts clearly and provide strategic insight to customers.
- Have strong spoken and written communication skills in English.
As a Paid Social Media Manager at Smartly.io, you will
- Act as the main point of contact for assigned customers to deliver an exceptional customer experience and ensure customers get the most value out of their social advertising.
- Work closely with customers to hone their social advertising strategy and operate their campaigns on social media from planning to execution, optimization and reporting.
- Become a Smartly.io platform specialist and social advertising in general so as to be able to continuously solve problems for customers and consultative advice.
- Work together with our Creative and Performance teams to provide feedback and recommendations on improving creatives and performance to customers.
- Provide constant feedback to our product development teams on how to improve the Smartly.io platform based on your firsthand experience.
- Build and maintain relationships with customers as well as partners like Facebook and Pinterest.
- Help Smartly.io build a first-class customer success organization; contribute to build a library of knowledge that differentiates us from competitors and helps win and retain customers.
