Smartly.io is now on the lookout for an experienced General HR Manager to build and establish both local and global HR processes and act as a strategic partner for leadership, team leads and employees in EMEA. You will join our global people team and be based in our Helsinki HQ. This an exciting and challenging opportunity for an HR professional who’s eager to work in a global company, which scaled from 160 + employees to 350 employees within a year in 5 continents and 16 office locations.
In this role you will gain a great combination of both strategic and operational experience. You will contribute to global HR processes, building frameworks and practices for HR, managers and employees. You will lead and deliver on both strategic and operational HR initiatives and get to work with versatile areas of responsibilities in HR e.g. employee relations, compliance, contracts and agreements; compensation and benefits; while coaching managers on HR policies and regulations.
We are open to customizing the role based on your experience and also value prior leadership or management experience.

STEP 4 - Smartly.io demo simulation where you need to convince us to start a trial with the Smartly.io tool - This is part of every recruitment process at Smartly.io, to stay close to the product and customers and to get to understand what our business is about!
