Senior Partnership Manager

Location: New York, Commitment Full-time, Team Sales

Smartly.io has a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Partnership Manager  to join a brand new department. We’re looking for a Senior Partnership Manager , who will be working closely with the Global Partnerships & Corporate Development Lead to help us continue to grow our partnership network. The Senior Partnership Manager  will be responsible for the operational and strategic aspects of all partnerships in EMEA/US. The ideal candidate will possess a strong business development background with good understanding of the tech and marketing side of the business. You must be comfortable operating in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, networking and  interacting with stakeholders at all levels within an organization.

As a Senior Partnership Manager at Smartly.io, you will...

  • Establish new relevant partnerships, making sure they are scalable and fit for more regions
  • Pre-evaluate incoming partnership offers and then create a case and timeline for the partnership
  • Maintain existing partnerships and relationships and monitor their current status and needs
  • Represent Smartly at events and case studies
  • Be the main point of contact and link between the partners and Sales, Marketing and other relevant departments
  • Work with internal stakeholders (e.g. product, marketing, customer teams) when building and executing
  • We’re definitely looking for you if you have...

  • 3-5 years experience developing and maintaining  partner relationships or similar partner development background
  • Hands on experience, owning the full cycle of partner development: from initiating contact, to agreement, to onboarding and adoption
  • Excellent negotiation skillsProduct orientation and deep understanding of platforms and client needs
  • Experience collaborating with product and development teams to flesh out solutions in light of customer needs.
  • Experience of working externally and internally to develop integrations and enable the sales and success organization
