Smartly.io is hiring a Business Intelligence Analyst to the global Service Operations team. The position is full time, permanent and based in Helsinki.
The Service Operations team develops tools and processes to:
- ensure quality customer support globally,
- drive self-serve product improvements,
- and provide situational awareness internally.
As a BI Analyst, you work with large sets of customer support and other data to identify our customers’ challenges and collaborate closely with our account managers and product development team to solve them. You work hands-on, elevate the team with your solid data analysis skills, and help structure our ways of working by sharing best practices and your past experiences with the team. Customer support is at the very heart of our organization - we are close to our customers and close to our product. Everybody does customer support at Smartly.io, and we offer you a seat in the team that facilitates and analyses our global 24/5 support. You will be a frontline firefighter and a system builder, making sure all the valuable feedback from our customers is heard and turned into action.

STEP 1 - Introductory calls with our People team and your potential team lead.
STEP 2 - Homework assignment where you'll learn the basics and more challenging concepts of Facebook advertising.
STEP 3 - Role interview and discussion on Facebook advertising concepts, your ambitions, and passions with the team.
STEP 4 - Product demo simulation where you need to convince us to start a trial with the Smartly.io tool.
STEP 5 - Discussion with our leadership team.
