As a Tech Recruiter at Smartly.io, you will drive the growth of our Engineering team. You'll help teams to determine what talent they need and then use multiple strategies to find and hire the right people. To be able to do all that you will work closely together with our software developers, designers, and product managers to learn what they are building and how they work. You’ll leverage and improve your existing recruiter skills in the toughest job markets out there. As a part of our global Talent team, you’ll also be able to share and receive best practices in recruiting, employee branding, and talent management from our recruiting specialists around the world.

STEP 3: Smartly.io product demo simulation - getting to know our tool and presenting it to a developer candidates
STEP 4: Meeting other recruiters and Leadership team members in our HQ in Helsinki, Finland
