APAC Partner Manager

Location: Singapore, Commitment Full-Time, Team Partnerships

We’re looking for a dynamic Partner Manager for Asia Pacific to join us, as part of our Global Partnerships team that is responsible for growing our strategic partnerships with platform and integrated partners.

As the APAC Partner Manager at Smartly.io, you will report to the Head of Global Partnerships and work closely with the VP APAC and other functions across the company to strengthen Smartly.io’s position in the region. You will play a key role in developing growth strategies and executing strategic projects with partners such as Facebook, Snap and TikTok. You will also function as the owner and crucial link between partners and our Product and Engineering teams. You look forward to being part of a team of Humble Hungry Hunters dedicated to helping customers grow and get the most value out of their social advertising, delivering world-class support, challenging the status quo and building solutions for business needs and outcomes.

We're definitely looking for you, if you

  • Have strong knowledge of the digital advertising ecosystem and 3+ years of relevant experience in a partner management or similar partner/customer-facing function within a SaaS ad tech company.
  • Have experience working with partners and publishers like Facebook, Pinterest, Snap or Google.
  • Are able to define, develop and lead projects across offices and time zones in a fast-paced, rapidly changing environment.
  • Possess effective collaboration and relationship-building skills, with the ability to develop working relationships across functions (Sales, Customer Success, Marketing, Product and Engineering etc) and at all levels, both inside and outside Smartly.io.
  • Are able and willing to travel for meetings, conferences and industry events when required.
  • As the APAC Partner Manager at Smartly, you will:

  • Act as Smartly.io’s main point of contact for partner programs and initiatives, building and executing joint business plans with platform partners like Facebook, Snapchat, TikTok and Google.
  • Build and nurture relationships with key partner stakeholders in the region.
  • Identify opportunities, develop and implement initiatives to strengthen partnerships and grow revenue.
  • Organize business reviews and joint events with partners.
  • Work closely with the APAC leadership and other key internal stakeholders to drive growth in the region.
  • Support Sales in driving new customer acquisition and support Product Marketing with narrative and solution packaging.
  • Work closely with Customer Success and support driving growth for key customers.
  • Act as the local extension for Product and Engineering and support developing our product and services.
