Product Manager - Performance Insights
We are looking for a Product Manager driven to solve challenges for our customers: you fall in love with the problem, not the solution. You have a passion to learn: about our business, our customers, and about your technical domain.
You will be responsible for how customers are able to understand the performance of their campaigns. Which insights help customers understand how their current setup provides results? How can the customer build on the insights to optimize current and future campaigns?You’ll get to work with a brilliant team of engineers to turn complex technical problems into simple, elegant and usable solutions for our customers.
Projects you get to work with:
- You define and drive the product vision for Facebook performance insights
- You ensure that our users and customers will be able to easily understand their campaign and creative insights so they can iterate quickly on their current set ups
As a Product Manager you will:
- Ensure that your development team has the customer and business context. You will interact with our customers to define the right problems to solve.
- Craft your team's roadmap and vision (together with the team).
- Being responsible that product discovery is done properly. This includes user research, documentation (why, what and for whom), communication and prioritization.
- Own the product backlog together with your development team. In other words, you are also the product owner of the team. Development takes place simultaneously with discovery.
What we're looking for:
- 1-2 years of product management and product owner experience, focusing on B2B SaaS.
- Experience in starting and executing high-impact projects. Making hard decisions and trade-offs come naturally to you.
- Proven ability to lead, not only yourself but also teams, and work cross-functionally in a highly collaborative environment.
- You want to back your decisions by data, yet are able to drive tangible results under uncertainty, and are capable of defining a clear direction and vision for the team of engineers you work with.
- You have worked with complex technical domains and you have a technical background, including experience in eg. programming, scripting, or analytics.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills in English.

2. Product management interview: we'll dive deeper into product management related topics and discuss both high level thinking and hands-on work. We’re trying to get a clear overview of your skills and where you could learn more.
3. Product Demo: sales demo simulation where you need to convince us to start trial with the Smartly.io tool.
4. Final discussion with our leadership team.
