The support is skilled, nice, and very helpful. They listen to your feedback and they improve the platform constantly so that every need is met. The automation features, together with a very detailed manual, let you work in autonomy without the FB Business manager, which in comparison does not have a very friendly user interface. Smartly grows together with the market and your development.

Smartly has let me explore more in depth how we can easily navigate and use FB's main features. Very easy to conduct a test using "ad studies" feature and its constant developments. Image Template Editor using render conditions with formulas that can be adapted and configured through feed fields are very useful especially when we customize the layers that we just want our users to see dependent on discounts; no. of orders sold, star ratings,... Campaign Manager also is a big help as the "ad-level" tab gives you the capacity to do bulk edits. With the nature of Lazada, we manage hundreds of campaigns on a BAU basis. Changing landing pages, budgets, captions/copies, headlines are easier with this feature.

We started using smartly to improve our creatives in Facebook DPA, since Facebook Business Manager has many limitations. We found Smartly was great for this purpose but it has many other advantages. Smartly make it really easy for us to do A/B test and we used them to test different creatives in our ads and different optimizations in our campaigns. Pivot tables are amazing! Its really easy to optimize campaigns with them. The support we get from Smartly team is also really good, they have a chat available at every hour and they gave us support not only in the use of smartly but also in improving our facebook performance.

Our ad creating process is very extensive and the library features are making it very simple to save creatives and reuse them constantly over different account. The ui is very easy and simply structured. Onboarding for new users is very easy. Everybody in my team likes it a lot. I also love the dynamic image rendering features which are creating a fresh look with every new dynamic product campaign. Automated ads are also a great feature as it creates constantly new ads / creatives based on data. In our case we are creating new ads based on selling numbers.
I like best all the features that Smartly has that are not available in Facebook Ads Manager, like value-optimization and the ad studies features, that are really valuable to level up your game when growing a business.
