Kristin MacGregor, also known as KMac, stands at the helm of Smartly’s business as the Chief Commercial Officer, the leading AI-powered advertising technology company transforming ad experiences for brands and their consumers.

With an impressive legacy and distinguished tenure of 17 years at Google/YouTube, KMac brings forth a wealth of industry expertise, where most recently she held the role of Managing Director of Google Video Strategy & Insights.

At Smartly, she spearheads initiatives related to new logo sales, sales development, sales enablement and operational excellence, as well as global agency and solutions strategy across the US, LatAm, APAC and EMEA. Her responsibilities also encompass Global Strategic Accounts, a specific role aimed at nurturing Smartly’s top 20 customers from 700+ brands worldwide.

Beyond her credentials, KMac’s leadership is a combination of innovation and collaboration, backed by her extensive experience in building and coaching high-impact teams. As the Chief Commercial Officer, KMac propels Smartly towards new heights of success, defining brilliance in the dynamic realm of advertising technology.

KMac was an All-American swimmer at the University of Southern California and team co-captain. She was also member of the USA National Swimming team and a former American record holder.
