Managed Services

In the Managed Service team, you will run and optimize digital advertising campaigns for some of the largest and most advanced advertisers out there across several advertising platforms like Facebook, Pinterest, and Snapchat.

You’ll work as an extension of their team to develop and execute strategies to unlock greater performance on their ad spend. The Managed Service team also collaborates closely with our Product Development team, providing feedback on how to improve our platform based on their first-hand experience.

 

Creative Studio

Our fast-growing Creative Studio team helps some of the worlds’ biggest brands to produce, test, and iterate on the best performing creatives to achieve their brand objectives.

In this team, you will take ownership of your own projects, seeing them through from concepts to production with fast turnaround. The team crafts on-brand, original concepts that are optimized for iteration and scale across a wide variety of social advertising platforms and shares tried and tested best practices for boosting creative performance.

What to Expect from Our Recruitment Process

 

Our recruitment process has four steps that measure your expertise and readiness to excel in the role. In the Managed Service team, we assess the depth of your paid social advertising knowledge, ability to smartly operate customers' social advertising campaigns from planning to execution, and your eye for optimization and reporting to ensure customers get the most value out of their social advertising. In the Creative Studio team, we assess your understanding of content and creative design for social advertising campaigns and interest in merging technology, data and creativity.
